Jaz The Rapper vs Ms. Hustle (Battle Rap Review)

Finally the battle has touchdown! Straight outta Brooklyn, Jaz The Rapper takes on the Harlem's finest Ms. Hustle to see why Smack has crowned them as first ladies in the URL. There was some problems in the battle. A lot of females battle rappers were trying to bully Jaz, while the crowd was dick riding Jaz. Plus, Hustle chokes in the 1st and 3rd rounds, while I had to use my headphones listening to Jaz cause the sound quality was really low. Sadly, the battle was not I'd expect it at all, it was ok at best. Overall, I give the battle 3 out of 5, and I’ll give you opinion on who’s got the battle:

1st Round: Hustle (their rounds was hard either way, regardless of Hustle’s chokes, she won this round)
2nd Round: Hustle
3rd Round: Jaz or Hustle (but I'll give this round to Jaz)
Winner: Ms. Hustle

Now I know majority of people are saying Jaz The Rapper won, but I don’t care what anyone of you says, Ms. Hustle won this battle 3-0 or 2-1. Her bars, delivery, and aggression outshines Jaz The Rapper. Jaz didn’t come out as hard as she usually does in her battles. She broke Hustle’s ways down a lot (which was very good), but Jaz kept on talking about who she fucked in her rounds which started to get really corny. Plus, Hustle choked on numerous occasions and Jaz still lost. Once again, Ms. Hustle proves that she still got what it takes to hold her own, even if she'd choked.

Hiking

One of my favorite things to do is hiking. There's nothing like walking around in the woods, birds chirping, and seeing beautiful sites of your city.

Lil Durk - Signed To The Streets (Hosted By DJ Drama) [Mixtape Review]

After numerous if delays its finally here Lil Durk has released Signed To The Streets! I’ve listened to it and here’s all can I say…its pretty damn good. What I truly love about Lil Durk is he has little features and he can hold songs on his own. I Can’t Go Like That, Bang Bros, Hittaz & One Night are the songs that proves the talent of his hooks, flow & lyrics that he can still make hits that’ll make the charts. The Lil Reese features for songs like Competition & Street Life also makes the tape even better cause he makes his verses better for us to enjoy the tape. As usual the tape does has its downside to it. Some songs are average for you to skip the next track which hurts the flavor of the tape (I’ll let ya’ll decide that for yourselves). Plus, Dis Ain't What You Want had bad quality & One Night beat was purposely missing the rest of the sounds, and that hurt the mixtape alot. Overall, I give this mixtape 4 out of 5. Lil Durk not only proves himself that he’s SIgned To The Streets, he’s proves that he’s here to stay in this rap game.

Lil Durk - Signed To The Streets

I can’t wait for this mixtape to drop, Lil Durk has been quite hot for a while. Even though his prior arrests has been hindering him, he’s still going hard. He’s has his own label (OTF), and he’s signed to Coke Boys. This Signed To The Streets mixtape (will be coming out tomorrow) will definitely solidify that Durk is here to stay in this music industry.

Cam'Ron - Ghetto Heaven Vol. 1 (Mixtape Review)

After a long delay, Cam has finally put out the mixtape, Ghetto Heaven Vol. 1. He’s brought a little mixture of his previous albums, that ol Dipset sound, ol school samples, & the Boss Of All Bosses series to go along with it.. He starts off his infamous entertainment skits. On the Ghetto Heaven Vol. 1 (Intro), Cam brought Cousin Bang on the track for us to give us some laughs out the way before the songs begin. Plus, the Instagram (Skit), it had a jealous girlfriend calling another female spazzing out on her just because the female like her man’s instagram pictures. The features don’t disappoint either. On Instagram (Catfish)Sen City delivers the chorus and lyrics about women, then, on Let Me WorkMs. Hustle, Loaded Lux & Chris Miles show how good their rap skills are, and finally on Jungle, T.I. & Yo Gotti murdered the beat by talking about their pervious street life. I do have a couple of problems of the mixtape. Two songs “Think You Need Love" & "My Life" are exact replicas of Gs Up by Jim Jones & Max B & My Life by Mary J. Blige makes it hard for me to enjoy the songs (P.S. “Me Killa” is an exact replica of Da Introduction by Bone Thugs-N-Harmony but, I actually enjoyed the song) & the last track "Come And Talk To Me" should have not been on the mixtape. It messes up the flow of the tape, and it was just a response of Jay-Z’s “Pound Cake” verse. It should have been just a preview of what Cam had in store for us. Overall I give the mixtape 3.5 out of 5Ghetto Heaven Vol. 1 proves thatCam still has some gas in the tank.
